Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

As a small, family-owned business, kindly expect a processing time of 1-4 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped!

Processing and shipping times are two separate wait times. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 3-7 days for shipping. 

Selecting a quicker delivery time won't accelerate the processing time, but it will determine the speed at which the postal service delivers your package.

*Note: During high volume order times such as sales or new releases orders can take up to 7 days to process. We are a small team, but we work around the clock to get your items to you as quickly as we can! We thank you for your patience. 

Choosing a quicker shipping method does not speed up our processing time to package and ship your order. This simply means the shipping carrier will expedite your shipping once they are in possession of your package. 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

If you're missing items or have any concerns about the products you received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
If the address you provided is incorrect and/or unable to be delivered, the customer is responsible for any additional postage needed. An additional flat rate of $8 will be charged to the customer to re-deliver any order that was placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address. 

 

RETURNS

Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchanges only.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused, free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
